1. Live Shippo API Integration

All orders placed at Falconi Parfums are quoted and processed in real time via our direct Shippo API integration. This guarantees live carrier rates and exact delivery estimates tailored to your destination address.

2. Processing Time & Specialized Packaging

Because our fragrances feature delicate glass bottles and concentrated extracts, each order is packaged with protective cushioning. Orders are prepared and handed to carriers within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Carriers & Delivery Methods

We provide multiple shipping options depending on your urgency:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 3 to 5 business days (Standard ground shipping for fragrance liquids).
• USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days.
• Express / Overnight: 1 to 2 business days (Subject to carrier availability per zip code).

4. International Orders & Customs

For international deliveries outside the United States, shipping charges do not include local customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient if required by local border authorities.

5. Tracking Number

As soon as your shipping label is generated in Shippo, an automated confirmation email containing your live tracking code will be sent to monitor your package journey in real time.
